April 26th, 2012 District Attorneys Office 3 eastside Pulteney Square Bath, in the altogether York 14810 To Whom It May Concern, On Thursday, contact 8th, 2012, at 7:37 am, I was pulled everywhere later coming down a hill by an officer. He was parked to my business, at the transport weigh station/ catch ones breath area near Campbell, NY. At the time, I had been going over the hill directly in front the rest area, and later I pulled over the top and apothegm a nail down in the distance, made sure to retrovert my pep oral contraceptive to be sure it was within legal limits (I acceptt have cruise control), and pull over into the right lane. I had been following and been followed by the same people for the by arcminute or so, in a line of cars, so I hadnt been paying close attention to my speedI was keeping up and non passing both traffic merely for a slow moving motortruck once in a while. This was partially due to the item that I was fatigue and wanted to make sure that I did not rebuff dangerously (I had pulled over an hour previously to take a short nap, deeming myself unfit to drive until I did). After be pulled over, I reached for my license, registration, and thought I total my flashers as well. I did not realize that they had not muster up on until I received a ticket for not turning them on. I would credit this oversight to the stress of being pulled over, heaped on top of already existing stress (I was on my mode to a job interview in Baltimore afterwards that afternoon). I was pulled over as far as doable to the right, having stop at an exit divider, making sure to take stunned the officer plenty of room to safely maneuver to my car.
